When Silence Fails is an audio-reactive visual installation developed for the NDSM Treehouse exhibition in Amsterdam.

The project translates overthinking into a shifting, unstable form that responds to sound and speech. As audio intensifies, the visual mass grows denser and more chaotic, reflecting how thoughts multiply when silence is broken.

Rather than depicting thoughts directly, the installation expresses their weight and pressure, where silence offers relief, and sound pushes the form toward overwhelm.
